About the position

You will be a trusted advisor on some of Denmark’s largest IT Service Management projects, helping transform IT organizations and processes, so IT Services are delivered more efficiently and with greater impact. Depending on the project (and your preferences), you will take the role of a project manager, SME or process architect. At VENZO, you will be an integral part of the IT Service Management community where you will continuously develop our products and services when not working on projects. You will be located in our Aarhus office, from where you will be working closely with our customers and the rest of VENZO group.

Examples of things you will do:

  • Design and implement IT operating models including IT strategy, governance models and processes, delivery models.
  • Conducting “health checks” and baselines assessment of every moving piece that make up an IT organization.
  • Implementation of service portfolio management and service strategies.
  • Advise organizations on sourcing strategies, vendor management and contract management.
  • Design and implement ITSM-tools to support the organizations’ processes and improve automations and analytical capabilities.
  • Drive organizational transformation projects, including mapping communication plans, conducting workshops, document processes, etc.
  • Work closely together with the rest of the VENZO group to create new opportunities with existing and new clients.

Although you will be core-part of the IT Service Management community, you will also be involved in several other types of projects: From implementing AI-powered chatbots to advising C-level executives in the use of blockchain technology.

Who are you?

  • You hold a master’s degree in a field relevant to ITSM, i.e. Business Administration & Information Systems (CBS), Digital Innovation & Management (ITU) or Information Management (BSS).
  • You are preferably familiar with ITSM related best-practices and usable skills, i.e. ITIL 4.0, SIAM and BPMN 2.0.
  • You preferably have some experience in designing and documenting processes.
  • You are ambitious, goal-driven, curious, eager to learn, not shy of asking for help, and always have a plan for how to reach the goals you have set for yourself.
  • You are a person who values relationships, be it professional and personal, and laughter above anything else!
