Too often, strategy becomes a long term planning exercise but lacks real organisational impact. Our aim is to change strategy as usual, by challenging the process through bite-sized design sprints, aimed at turning strategic hypotheses into experiments.

Too often, strategy becomes a long term planning exercise without testing. Our aim is to challenge organisations to get out of meeting rooms (and workshops) and interact with users. This creates empathy and an understanding of the reality and puts our assumptions and strategy to the test.

We take the best from Google Venture Design Sprint and tweak it to fit our purpose and client needs. We facilitate our sprints face-to-face or remotely. Our design sprints can be run as a full week facilitated sprint or a 4-days process as a two-day facilitated workshop with client plus two-days prototyping and testing without client.
